The upcoming Ken Shamrock vs. James Toney bout scheduled for sometime in the fall, will have special rules attached to it. The bout will be a heavyweight contest, feature 8 rounds of only 3 minutes each, & will be stood up in the stand up position after 30 seconds on the ground. Both men are over 43 years of age and lost their last respective MMA bouts.
