People constantly ask, “Why don’t you do Tough Enough”? Here is why, because it is a shame. The guy that won the show, “Andy” was under a developmental contract. Below is his photo from FCW before he went on Tough Enough.
He was let out of his contract to participate in the show. Tough Enough is just another avenue for the WWE developmental guys to advance to the next level and gain exposure. When Andy does get called up to the main roster fans will instantly know who he is now. Christina Crawford was also under a developmental deal and was let out of it to participate in the Tough Enough contest. Crawford was the last girl remaining out of the five girls, coincidence, I think not. The online voting to be on Tough Enough was a sham, just ask Dany Only. The contestants were handpicked. The real winner is someone like Luke or Jeremiah who were Indy guys not under contract. If they do not get picked up by the fed and offered a developmental deal, they can then demand a higher booking rate and gain more bookings off of the exposure from the show. I will admit; I did watch some of the show. The more I watched; the sicker I got. When DeMott & Booker tried to blame AJ for Christina’s injury while doing or shall I say attempting a double ax handle or as they called it, a cross body of the top was ridiculous. That pathetic attempt at a double ax handle was a disgrace to the Macho Man and probably led to stress on his then heart. After that episode I never watched again. I have been in the ring with several on that show and believe me I know who can go and who cannot. Luke Robinson (Quentin Michaels storyline son/ behind closed doors bi-sexual lover) was average at best. The fact that they used Matt Cross (M-Dawg 20) as a scapegoat should have clued me in to the writing on the wall. There you have it, my first serious post on this site. I am sure a lot are saying “Oh no he didn’t!” Oh Yes I Did!
