Last year’s Bash was headlined by a four way elimination match won by Bryan Danielson, now WWE’s Daniel Bryan who just won a WWE Smackdown Money In The Bank PPV match.
General Manager Dr. Johnny Gayton announced that at this year’s Bash there would be not one but two 4 way elimination matches and that each would be a title match.
The NWA RPW Tag Team Titles will be on the line when Champions, Hot Like Lava (Shawn Banks & Cru Jones) are challenged by former RPW & NWA World Tag Team Champions, The Usual Suspects (Murder 1 & AJ Steele). At the RPW show on July 10 these two teams seemed determined to destroy each other. Rounding out the match are Jimmy Rave & Sal Rinauro, and a team that not only looks to become tag team champions but also has issues to settle with The Jimmy Rave Approved team, Kyle Matthews and “The 7 Figure Deal” Ace Rockwell.
The second four way elimination match will be for the NWA RPW Heavyweight Title with Champion, Bull Buchanan challenged by the man who injured his knee and recently pinned him on RPW television, Rob Adonis who will be accompanied by manager Charlie Cash, plus the former champion J Rod, and the man who was once aligned with current WWE Champion, CM Punk, Luke Gallows.
Jeremy Vain’s NWA RPW Television Title is on the line when he faces Frankie Valentine. Vain will have Tag Team Legend, “Pretty Boy” Doug Sommers, Valentine’s father in his corner. If Valentine beats Vain he not only becomes TV Champion but he gets 5 minutes in the ring with Doug Sommers.
The Jimmy Rave Approved team of Mike Posey, Corey Hollis and Chip Day take on the returning Caleb Conley & Cedric Alexander with their partner Jimmy The Kid who recently gained a pinfall victory over the Jimmy Rave Approved group.
Office Chris Jacobs who has been training with “Marvelous” Michael Stevens enters the squared circle to take on the self-proclaimed “undefeated” Anthony Andrews. Plus Drew Adler returns to face Bobby Moore with Charlie Cash. All this and much more this Sunday!!!!
