ArtisTree Productions is looking for 8 roles to cast for the upcoming
independent film Zombie Royale, shooting in September 2012. If you fit one of
the following descriptions then please submit your resume and reel (not
required).
We are looking for the following lead
roles:
ESTES
Caucasian Male - mid 20's to early 30's - at least 5'10"
preferably
He's a soldier, through and through. Estes considers his
colleagues, Tinsley and Larson, to be his family and doesn't let his permanent
military life get him down. He's confident and tough, never one to freak out in
a messy situation. He keeps things serious and always focuses on the mission,
but he can make room for a little fun every once and a
while.
TINSLEY
Female - Any Ethnicity - mid 20's to early 30's - 5'5
to 5'10" preferably
Tinsley is the sweetes tough-as-nails soldier you've ever
met. She carries herself with pride and valor, but she's a lady too. Tinsley has
a close relationship with Estes and Larson, never giving either of the two a
chance to make a move. But apart from everything else, Tinsley is a soldier and
she knows how to do her job better than any man she's met.
LARSON
African American Male - mid 20's to early 30's - 5'10"
preferably
Larson just looks like a bad ass. He's strong and he's
intimidating and he's good at what he does. He's also a ladies man who never
catches a break with Tinsley. He, just like the other two, is a permanent
soldier and turns to humor in almost any situation to make light of it, no
matter how serious it is. But when it comes down to it, he gets the job done and
he'll gladly put himself in the line of fire to save another.
DUKE
Male - any ethnicity - Late 40's to mid 60's
Duke is crazy,
but he doesn't look it. He's good with words and he only cares about himself. He
rallies survivors together in the quarantine and convinces them all that none of
it was an accident.
We are looking for the following supporting
roles:
COL. WEST
Male - any ethnicity - late 40's to mid
60's
Colonel West is your average tried and true American military hero. He's
witty, smart and always has the floor when he's around. His demeanor is strong
and his voice is loud, and he always means business.
CURGE
Caucasian
Male - early 30's - 5'10"
Curge is Col. West's right hand man. His only
objective is to complete the mission at hand at any cost.
ROBERT or
ROBIN
Male or Female - any ethnicity - 20's to 30's
A survivor and snitch
to Duke. Attempts to help Tinsley, Larson and Estes only to betray
them.
TOONEY
Male - any ethnicity - 20's to 30's
Tooney is to Duke
as Curge is to Col. West, only he's just as crazy as Duke, but without the
intelligence. He's eccentric and cartoonish, hence the name.
