Need for Speed; filming to be in Atlanta, Blue Ridge, Macon, Hampton (ATL Speedway), and Rome until June. The movie is based on the popular racing game franchise. Notible star: Michael Keaton & Kid Cudi (day & knight- rapper).
Anchorman: The Legend Continues; filming in metro Atl. Lots of casting post here recently for this one. All the old cast is back with additions of Harrison Ford & Greg Kinnear.
National Lampoon’s Vacation; filming in metro Atl. Ed Helms from the office and Christina Applegate are slated for the remake.
Speaking of remakes. The remake of Deliverance is in the works. Names thrown around for the leads are Channing Tatum, Ryan Gosling, Matthew Fox, and Matthew Mcconaughey.
The Million Dollar arm; filming in Atl and Macon. The movie is about 2 cricket players who were discovered on a India reality show.
The Ricky Smiley show; will start filming its 2nd season starring Ray J ( you ain't gangsta, you Brandy's lil brotha). Honestly, who calls him "Rick"?
Mumbhai Connection producer Rafiq B. is scheduled to film his 2nd Bollywood film in Atl this summer. It is a loose comedy entitled "What is Humidity?".
Drop Dead Diva will be back in Fayette County filming once again, no start up date released yet.
Family Feud starts filming again on May 15 at the
Civic Center in Atlanta
