Is there an admission price to enter the complex?
There is no admission price to enter the complex. You pay per
activity. There may be, however, a minimum charge on high traffic nights.
Is the complex open year-round?
Rigby’s Entertainment Complex is open year round. However, hours
of operation for the complex and certain attractions vary throughout the year.
Please call before you visit for specific hours of operation.
Does Rigby’s Entertainment Complex offer discount packages for
groups or birthday parties?

What forms of payment does Rigby’s Entertainment Complex
accept?
Rigby’s Entertainment Complex accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, but please, no personal checks. However, Rigby’s has
implemented a “ticketless” and “cashless” system. This system requires our
patrons to load cash or debit/credit amounts onto a “Rigby's Fun Card.” The
“Rigby's Fun Card” is used for all purchases (including arcade, food and
beverage).
Does Rigby’s Entertainment Complex allow outside food or
beverage in the complex?
With the exception of birthday cakes, Rigby’s Entertainment
Complex does not permit outside food or drink.
Does Rigby’s Entertainment Complex sell gift certificates?
Yes, gift certificates may be purchased at the complex and make
the perfect birthday or holiday gift.
Do you have an ATM?
Rigby’s Entertainment Complex is unique in that we are fully
operated on a “Rigby's Fun Card” system. The system eliminates the need for cash
with each transaction and allows you to load money through cash and debit or
credit card amounts put on the “Rigby's Fun Card.” All purchases (including
arcade, food and beverage) are made through with the “Rigby's Fun Card.”
Can I bring my pet inside the complex?
Only certified service animals are allowed in the complex.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, appropriate attire “in good taste” is required. Rigby’s
Entertainment Complex dress code is at the sole discretion of Management.
What happens when it rains?
In the event of rain some attractions outside will close down
until they are safe to reopen. All inside attractions will remain open.
Do you offer Group Rates or Birthday Packages?
Yes, we offer Groups Rates and Birthday Packages for parties of
10 or more. Please visit our Group

Can our group bring a picnic inside the complex?
No, outside food or coolers are allowed in the complex. Rigby’s
Entertainment Complex offers a wide selection of food options at the snack bar
and/or restaurant.
Do you offer an all day pass?
Rigby’s Entertainment Complex does not currently offer an all
day pass. All attractions are pay as you play.
Do you offer coupons or Military discounts?
Currently Rigby’s Entertainment Complex does not offer coupons
or Military discounts.
How old do you have to be to work at Rigby’s Entertainment
Complex?
At least 15 years of age. Applications are accepted
Monday-Friday from 10 AM – 5 PM.
